SPORT IN THE CITY 2010
95.8 Capital FM’s Help a London Child’s ‘Sport in the City 2010’ supported by Chelsea FC kicks off in August with a summer holiday programme of FREE football sessions.
The summer football project delivered by the London Coaching Foundation and Chelsea FC FITC will run in 3 London boroughs and utilize the Chelsea-Adidas Blue pitches.
The programme offers a series of 3 day football programmes for boys and girls aged 7-15 years of all abilities, combining athletics skills and techniques via enjoyable coaching sessions and matches, culminating in a Tournament incorporating participants from the 4 venues.
All the sessions will be delivered by professional FA/UKA qualified coaches who hold current CRB, safeguarding children and emergency aid certificates.
As well as offering accessible FREE summer activity for young persons, the programme will also provide invaluable development and mentoring opportunities and provide sustainable pathways through Chelsea FC FITC and the London Coaching Foundation.

Henry Prince Estate - St Johns Drive SW18: August 3/4/5th & 17/18/19th
Worlds End Estate – Blantyre RoadLondon SW10: August 10/11/12th & 24/25/26th
Eel Brook Common - New Kings Road SW6: August 10/11/12th & 17/18/19th & 24/25/26th
Times & Ages:
7-10 years 10.30am - 12.00pm
11-15 years 1pm – 2.30pm
What to Bring:
Suitable clothing, trainers, plenty of non-fizzy drinks

Participants have the opportunity to pre register via this website. Please note registration on the day (at the start of each 3 day programme) is subject to capacity.
