Quality to ISO 9001:2008. The London Coaching Foundation has a reputation for quality and service gained by offering expert coaching advice.
We are accredited to ISO 9001 : 2008 which addresses the aspects of sales, purchasing, operations and quality control.
Management commitment – our policy is
- To effectively deliver services of acceptable quality at minimum cost to ensure customer satisfaction and meet any relevant industry or service standards
- To pursue improvements in methods, equipment, etc. by setting, reviewing and communicating Quality Objectives to develop the business and respond to changing market requirements
- To comply with ISO9000:2008 and pursue continual improvement
- To ensure that all personnel are aware of their individual roles and responsibilities within the quality system
In addition to our quality manual and quality policies, processes and procedures we offer the following operational management control tools:-
- Document control (internal and external)
- Quality systems records
- Computer records
- Internal Audit
- Control of non-conformance
- Corrective action
- Preventative action
The Foundation also uses standard forms and a networked computer system which are updated as required. For all programmes and events we produce and retain stage and final reports.
We also produce Annual Reports and regularly review and audit progress against our Continuous Improvement Plans.
