John Herbert - CEO

The inspirational leader of the foundation. John was appointed as the CEO in 2005; he has spent last 25 years working tirelessly in the sporting arena, an Olympian on 4 occasions and currently one of the most respected coaches in the country.

John epitomises what the LCF is about, he has clear goals and objectives having experienced exactly why the younger children of Britain need, support, infra structure and the guidance to become achievers.

John's best skill is to research ideas, building the architecture to accommodate business partners and other like-minded organizations to work with us to deliver a reward based environment for all.


Fatima Whitbread MBE - Director of Coaching

Stalwart of the foundation, Fatima's CV speaks for itself, she has championed works in many areas of the community in sport and business, determined and ferocious when it comes to getting things done. Fatima is a politician with a small 'p'.

The relationships with our business partners and government are vital and Fatima is crucial in this role, her contacts and experience are the metric to which she can teach and encourage the younger generations to build on their talents.

Fatima is wholly committed to helping change the current system and gives her valuable time to both the children and our corporate covenants.


Kate Hoey MP - Trustee

A true Londoner, in this current role for over 10 years, brilliant in the debating arena, access to the correct people and a belief in the young. Kate is giving of her time and will do anything that's possible to help this foundation achieve its objectives.

Her administration support is vital, a real advocate of the 2012 Olympics and a great barometer to endorse the achievements in the communities.


Sir Eddie Kulukundis OBE - Trustee

Founder of the London Coaching Foundation, his experience and advice is crucial, always on hand to help in any way, endorsed John's leadership and business credentials.

Distinguished and pragmatic, a winner in all areas thrives on the recognition he receives for his support, Eddie has helped many world-class achievers, his passion for this cause in London is a tale of legend, and the job is never done.


David Brady - Chairperson

A strong supporter of all things London, as well as being a keen sportsperson, David is passionate about seeing London emerge from the Olympics as a world player on the creative arts and cultural agenda.

With over 20 years experience in music, film, television production and post production, David has worked with most of the UK’s major broadcasters, studios, facilities and production companies. David has also worked on a number of award winning projects including feature films, dramas and documentaries. As a former Director of  Headfirst Ltd he was instrumental in growing the company into what became The First Media Group consisting of several leading creative services organisations for the media industry. More recently, as chairman of the Skillset 2012 Media Legacy Programme, David has been instrumental in guiding and overseeing the creation of media legacy beyond the London 2012 Olympic games, by for example,  engaging public and private media entities to work together to create 1200 job placements for young adults to work in the media sector at the London 2012 Olympics.

His role is simple; to encourage other business's to invest time and money in the great young people of this city. We are delighted to have such an active and succesful business person to advise us on our development.


Annie Hunter – Strategic Partnerships Director

A impeccable background in business having helped to establish a number of national and international businesses. Annie now devotes her time and energy to the benefit of the foundation and helping it form a number of key partnerships with schools, the commercial and voluntary sector.

Annie leads on delivering our school and community athletic programmes not least the ACE2012 programme which she put together with the help of her volunteer team. Her eye for detail is second to none and is only matched by her focus, energy and determination to leave a lasting legacy for children and young people leading up to and beyond the 2012 Olympics.


Ewemade Orobator - Head of Development

Having spent 20 years in youth development arena, Knows exactly what the youth need, many of the young people Ewemade has mentored and supported in the communities will endorse his abilities.

Ewemade contributes in all areas, organisation, fund raising and an ability to mix with all, he is passionate about delivering a better community to all the under privileged. His successes to date are as varied as his thinking and his ability to encourage, support and mentor the youth are legendary. He expects everybody to contribute 100%.


Richard Gyesie - Coach

Richard supports the foundations by bringing his experience of sport at the highest level, mentored many of the successful coaches and athletes in Britain today.


Frank Attoh - Coach

Former National Coach for triple jump, a brilliant mentor to many at the highest level in world sport, influential and gives advice with technical issues to the foundation participants.

The above are but a few of the supporters of the foundation; there are many more who will deliver on many of our objectives.
