Excellence
The LCF is proud that London will be hosting the Olympic Games in 2012 because it will be a chance for this great city to show the world the very best that it has to offer in athletics and other Olympic and Paralympic sport.
We believe there is a pool of untapped talent right now to be found, nurtured and supported by qualified Coaches with proven track records in developing Olympians via cutting edge methods. That is why the LCF is working hard with its partners in conjunction with major sponsors to unleash this latent and underserved talent from within our diverse communities.
We aim to support those with raw potential and by working on amongst other things their habits, their concentration, focus, confidence, techniques and nutrition. Our coaches have a track record of developing international quality athletes.
It is this commitment to excellence and developing excellent athletes that will make the Country proud up to and beyond 2012, the driving force behind the work of the LCF.
